Geranno Joins To Mark The World Hypertension Day

The World Hypertension day which held on the 17th of May 2023 was marked by Geranno Medical Centre as members of their healthcare team took to their social media handles to educate people on the causes, risk factors, management and complications of hypertension.

On the fore front of this task was Dr. Lembe who posted a video on the hospital’s instagram handle talking in details about hypertension. (watch video)

In her video, she talked on the epidemiology, risk factors, management and complication of hypertension. She educated her listeners on some lifestyle modifications that can help control and thus prevent some of the complications of hypertension.
